For United Brands limited we have completed the design and build of a Warehouse at Waterport.

It was an existing warehouse that was deteriorated severely due to non-use. Heavy guide rails from an overhead crane have been used to construct offices.

Works included:

• Repair of the existing roof
• Repair of the monolith floor
• Repainting of the complete inside of the warehouse 
• New wooden beam floor
• Installation of new steel stairs finished with marble
• Plasterboard walls to new office space
• Installation of doors and windows
• Complete inside and outside finishing of offices including:
• Mechanical and Electrical installation
  • Tiling
  • Painting
  • S&F of kitchen furniture
  • S&F of sanitary ware
