By the Government of Gibraltar we have been contracted to undertake the works changing the recreation area, consisting of a pool and tennis courts, on the South Pavilion site to a single storey car park.

Works include:

• Demolition works to existing boundaries and buildings on site;
• The removal of the tarmac finish at the tennis court areas;
• Installation of new services to the car park and to the South Pavilion and Centre Pavilion Road;
• Concrete works to car park deck and parapet walls;
• Realisation of Services Store;
• Supply and install of galvanised balustrading and louvre panels along the site boundary;
• Supply and install of canopy structure to entrance site;
• Realisation of a new emergency exit stair.
