Koala Construction are able to accommodate both commercial and residential building works and are adept at constructing new builds or refurbishing existing properties. We are also versed at design and build services to meet our client´s needs. We are able to complete a wide range of job types including, but not exclusively, demolitions, external ground works, civil works, landscaping and general interior works.

With a wealth of experience as the primary contractors but also fitting into an existing team as a sub-contractor, we are adaptable to the various requirements of different projects. With our management team we follow the agreed programme of works to ensure that both time-scales and budgets are kept on track.

As a prime contractor, Koala construction has a solid grounding in project management of various sites and of hiring and managing manpower to meet the requirements of all works. We are happy to go the extra mile for our clients and where required hire in specialist contractors to ensure we meet the standards you expect from us.

Our commitment to best working practices has driven us to attain both health and safety (ISO 18001) and quality management (ISO 9001) certifications to ensure our clients have the peace of mind that they are in professional hands. We also meet British building standards and codes of practice. As part of our on-going improvements we have recently attained the environmental standard (ISO 14001).
